Started as an industrial vocational education center in the year 1938 the college later upgraded its name as Red River College, the Red River College (RRC) is a community college located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada registered under the DLI Number : O19305836302.
It is the province’s largest institute of applied learning and applied research, with over 200 degree, diploma and certificate programs and more than 30,000 enrollments annually and the number of enrolments is increasing every year. REFUND POLICY OF RED RIVER COLLEGE
Applicants who are denied a study permit will forfeit the application fee. A copy of the visa rejection letter from Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) is required to process the deposit and tuition refunds. Refund requests are required within 30 days of receipt of the Visa Rejection Letter.
A $100 administration fee will be applied to all refund requests.
Once a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) is issued, any request to change your Study Plan will result in the forfeiture of your $1,500 CAD international tuition deposit.
This condition does not apply to students who choose to start their programs of study without full approval on their Study Permit application. In that situation, the Refund Forfeiture Schedule (listed below) will still be effective should they receive a Rejection Letter after the program start.

To get admission in an undergraduate diploma with a minimum level of education required is Class 12th with more the 50% of marks.

To get admission in PG Program the minimum level of education required is 2 Year Undergraduate Diploma or 3 Years Bachelors Degree with min GPA of 65.0% or more.

OPERATIONAL DAYS OF CLASSES
The college operates for 5 working days per week. For undergraduate program student needs to study 22 hours per week and for postgraduate program 28-30 hrs per week.
AVAILABLE INTAKES
To study at Red River college one must search for the available intakes for the program you have selected, so they mainly provide you two intakes in January 2022 & Sept 2022. For International applicants, Sept intake is most recommendable as this intake provides most of the variety of Programs.
LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE
Once you chose your program and after submitting the application fee, the university releases its offer letter within 15 working days for which the application will be 150 CAD (non-refundable).
