REFUND POLICY

All those students wanted to apply for the refund must go through the policy of the college, the tuition fee will be refunded fully to the student whose study permit is refused. If you are applying for a refund without a visa decision or any other reason then college will charge around 1500-2500 CAD according to your chosen program.

OPERATIONAL DAYS OF CLASSES

The College works for 5 days per week and the duration of the class will be depending on the subject, otherwise, the minimum duration will be 3 hours, the student can also avail the facility of online classes due to covid-19 which is totally depending on your choice for attending the type of class. The class attendance percentage must be 75% of your academic year.

REFUND POLICY OF LASALLE COLLEGE

To be considered for a refund, a student must submit a written notice of withdrawal to the College so that your request can be processed accordingly.

Any request for a refund must be made by submitting the ‘Tuition Refund Request Form’ which the college will provide and supporting documents such as a study permit rejection letter from IRCC (Immigration, Refugee and Citizenship Canada).

The application fee is NON-REFUNDABLE

A full refund (excluding application fee) will be issued if the student’s study permit is rejected by IRCC. If a study permit application is rejected by the Canadian Immigration Authorities. A student must present the original rejection letter from IRCC with the ‘Tuition Refund Request Form’ to the school to process the request. Students must request the refund within 60 days of the date that the Official Visa Rejection letter was issued.

Official documentation of the visa refusal must be provided to LaSalle College.

• 50% FEE REFUND: A student who withdraws from the program before the first day of school is eligible for a 50% of tuition refund.
• 30% FEE REFUND: A student who withdraws from the program within 7 calendar days following the first day of school is eligible for a 30% tuition refund.
• NO REFUND: If the LCV High School issued Letter of Acceptance is successfully used to obtain a Study Permit, but the student does not attend LCV High School.

OPERATIONAL DAYS OF CLASSES

The working days of Alexender college will be 5 days per week. The College is closed on weekends and holidays. REFUND POLICY OF ALEXANDER COLLEGE

All refund requests are subjected to deductions of the non-refundable portion of the tuition deposit and Administrative fee. International students who have been issued an Official Letter of Acceptance from Alexander College are not eligible for a refund unless the student is unable to register due to refusal of an initial Study Permit from Citizenship and Immigration Canada. In the event that a new international student is refused an initial study permit, the prepayment amount is 100% refundable, less the application Fee of $200 and administrative fees of $300.

All those Students who begin their studies online from outside of Canada for the March 2021 term and the final decision from IRCC results in the refusal of their student visa, the following refund policy will apply:

In case your visa will be rejected by the Canadian Embassy, your full tuition will be refunded less the $200 college administration fee.

• A refund of the full tuition and ancillary fees for the term less a $200 administrative fee if withdrawal is made prior to the non-refundable deposit due date.
• A refund of the full tuition and ancillary fees for the term or program less the non-refundable deposit if withdrawal is made after the deposit due date *or if withdrawal is made after a deferral admission had been given.

Withdrawal within 10 business days of the beginning of a term or the beginning of the period for which the student paid fees in the case of a non-term or continuous intake program of instruction, the student shall receive.

LIFE AT CAMPUS

There are lots of great things happening on campus! From pubs and fundraisers to events and sports teams, St. Clair College is totally committed to providing students with a well-rounded campus experience. One great way to dive right into the “college experience” is to join a Student Representative Council/Thames Students Incorporated-supported club. There are over two dozen different clubs that students can get involved with, all academically based. At the beginning of each semester, the SRC/TSI ratifies the clubs, provides them with some start-up cash, and then they pretty much run themselves. The SRC/TSI lends the clubs its barbeque to sell hot dogs and burgers at lunch as a way to raise funds. Some clubs raise the money to compete in competitions, some to take trips to their future work environments, and some attend club-specific conferences.

REFUND POLICY

All international students who arrive in Canada must request a withdrawal and refund in person at St Clair College in Windsor, Ontario. This policy is in place to protect the student and the funds that have been pre-paid to the College. Written requests will not be accepted.

The following documents need to request a refund:

• Copy of your St Clair College Letter of Acceptance
• Copy of your Study Permit
• Copy of your passport (photo page)
• Copy of Letter of Admission for other designated learning institute*
• Bank wire receipt showing payment from your home country
• If you are going back to your home country we require a copy of your boarding pass once you have arrived home.
• A copy of your email to your agent that you are leaving St. Clair College, and (for students from India)

Refunds are now subject to a $2500 administrative fee and will be dealt with on a case-to-case basis. If students are transferring to another institution then the student must submit a copy of their letter of admission from an approved institution along with a completed International Student Withdrawal Form within 10 business days of the beginning of the semester. The letter of admission must be for the same semester for which the student has paid tuition. A copy of the passport and valid study permit will also be required.
