Refund Policy

At Apply Study Visa, we provide digital services to our clients, and once payment is made, no refunds will be given. Our policy is designed to maintain transparency and clarity regarding the nature of our services and payment terms.

However, in the event of a duplicate payment, the refund will be processed through the original method of payment within 7 to 10 working days after receiving notification from the client and approval from Apply Study Visa.

This policy is effective as of 1st June 2024.
