Associate of Science - Computer Science

The Associate of Science Degree in Computer Science Concentration at Columbia College provides students with knowledge of the principles and science that underlie computing, preparing them to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. This 2-year program, offered at the Main Campus in Vancouver, British Columbia, is classified as STEM by IRCC and eligible for the Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP). Students build a solid foundation in computer systems, software engineering, foundational programming, web development, and systems design, gaining practical skills in solving computing problems through mathematics. With a diverse student body from over 60 countries, the program fosters global perspectives in technology.
