It varies by country, program and city. Tell us your budget and our counsellors will shortlist programs you can genuinely afford — completely free.

General 4
What is ApplyStudyVisa and why do 27,000+ students trust us?
ApplyStudyVisa is a Government-of-Punjab–registered study-visa consultancy (Reg. 31/DC/MA/MLK/2023) led by Harpreet Singh Rupal. We match you to programs you're genuinely eligible for and handle admission, visa, loan and pre-departure end to end — backed by a 5.0 Google rating and 1,000+ documented visa approvals.
Do you really charge nothing for counselling?
Yes — 100% free. We're paid by partner colleges, not by you. You only ever pay the university's own tuition and the official government and visa fees.
How fast will a counsellor contact me?
Usually within minutes during the day. Fill any form on our site or message us on WhatsApp and a real counsellor — not a bot — will reach out.
Which countries can you help me study in?
Canada, the UK, the USA, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore — across 930+ partner institutions, matched to your marks, budget and goals.
Getting Started 2
How do I get started?
Tap "Check Eligibility" or "Find my best-fit program" to chat with Maya for free, or message us on WhatsApp. No pressure, no charges — just honest advice from a govt-approved team.
What is Maya?
Maya is our AI study counsellor. Ask in English, Hindi or Punjabi — even Hinglish — and she matches you to programs from real institution data, then hands you to a human counsellor whenever you want.
Visa & Eligibility 5
Can I get a study visa with a study gap?
Yes. We regularly place students with 2–5 year gaps. The key is an honest profile, the right college and a well-documented SOP and funds story.
Can you help after a previous visa refusal?
Absolutely. We retrieve your CAIPS/GCMS notes, pinpoint the real refusal reason and rebuild a stronger re-application that answers every concern the officer raised.
What is your visa success rate?
Our study-visa approval rate is 98% across 2024–25 on properly prepared files — and it's the part of the process we're known for.
Can I study abroad with average marks or a low IELTS band?
Often yes — there are PGWP-eligible diplomas and genuine no-IELTS routes for many profiles. Send us your details and we'll tell you your real options, honestly.
What documents are required for a study visa?
Typically: a valid passport, an offer/acceptance letter, proof of funds (GIC + tuition + first-year living), academic transcripts, IELTS/PTE results, an SOP, and a medical. We give you a personalised checklist for your case.
