Apply Study Visa provides professional counselling, application and documentation services that involve our team's time and expertise from the moment you engage us. Because these are digital, effort-based services delivered immediately, our service fees are generally non-refundable once work has begun, except in the specific situations described below.
02Apply Study Visa service fees (non-refundable)
Fees paid to Apply Study Visa for services such as counselling packages, application handling, SOP/rรฉsumรฉ writing, documentation, and visa-file preparation are non-refundable once the service has been initiated, since the work and value are delivered as we go. This applies regardless of the final admission or visa outcome, as those decisions rest with institutions and government authorities, not with us.
03Third-party fees (university, visa, GIC, medical)
Many charges in a study-abroad journey are not Apply Study Visa fees โ they belong to third parties:
- University / college application fees and tuition deposits
- Visa, biometric and immigration fees charged by the government
- GIC / proof-of-funds deposits held by the bank
- Medical-exam, English-test, courier and translation fees
These are paid to, and held by, the relevant institution, bank or authority and are governed entirely by their refund rules โ not ours. For example, a tuition deposit may be refundable by the college if your visa is refused (subject to their policy and deadlines), and GIC funds are returned to you by the bank per their terms. We will always help you request such refunds from the third party, but we cannot refund money we never held.
04Duplicate or erroneous payments
If you are charged twice for the same service, or an obvious billing error occurs, you are entitled to a refund of the duplicate / erroneous amount. We will process it to your original payment method within 7โ10 working days of you notifying us and our verification of the error.
05How to request a refund
To request a refund for a duplicate/erroneous payment (or to ask us to pursue a third-party refund on your behalf):
- Email hello@applystudyvisa.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 783-783-4800.
- Include your name, the service, the payment date and amount, and the payment reference / receipt.
- We will acknowledge within 2 working days, verify the request, and confirm the outcome and timeline in writing.
06Timelines & method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank/gateway processing can take additional time to reflect in your account depending on your bank. Any non-refundable bank charges, gateway fees or currency-conversion losses on the original transaction may be deducted where applicable and permitted by law.
07Cancellations
You may stop using our services at any time. As service fees are non-refundable once work has begun, cancellation does not by itself create a refund entitlement for work already delivered. Where a service has been paid for but not yet started, contact us promptly โ we will review such cases reasonably and in good faith.
08Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first โ we resolve genuine issues quickly. Raising a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may delay your application work and can be contested with evidence of the services delivered.
09Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version, and the terms that applied at the time of your payment will govern that transaction.
