The College Diploma - Recreation and Tourism Management at Saskatchewan Polytechnic’s Saskatoon campus is a 2 year college diploma including an optional practicum preparing managers for recreation, tourism and leisure services.

Students learn program planning, facility operations, event delivery, marketing and leadership for the recreation and tourism sector, with an optional practicum putting it into practice. Municipal recreation is the quiet giant of this field — every Canadian community staffs it.

Saskatchewan Polytechnic is the province of Saskatchewan’s public polytechnic, founded in 1959, with a graduate employment rate of about 96% — among the strongest in Canadian post-secondary education.
