The College Certificate - Health Care Cook at Saskatchewan Polytechnic’s Prince Albert campus is a 10 month college certificate including 2 weeks of practicum training cooks for healthcare and institutional kitchens.

Students learn quantity cooking, therapeutic and texture-modified diets, food safety systems and institutional kitchen operations, with a work placement in a care setting. Hospitals and long-term-care homes staff these kitchens every single day of the year.
