The College Diploma - Agriculture and Food Production (Co-op) at Saskatchewan Polytechnic’s Moose Jaw campus is a 3 year college diploma including 12 months of co-op training agri-food technologists for Canada's farm and food economy, with 12 months of paid co-op.

Students study crop and livestock production, agri-food systems, equipment and technology, and farm business practice — with a full year of paid co-op inside Saskatchewan's world-scale agriculture industry. The province grows a major share of Canada's crops; this program staffs that machine.
