The College Certificate - Social Service Worker at Selkirk College’s Castlegar campus is a 9 month college certificate including a practicum a nine-month certificate launching careers in community social services.

The certificate is the recognised entry credential for BC's community-support sector and ladders directly into Selkirk's diploma year.

Selkirk College, founded in 1966 as British Columbia’s first regional community college, is a fully public institution in the province’s West Kootenay region.
