- Work rights: The film and television degree is a degree, exempt from the field of study rule, supporting a work permit of up to three years. Sheridan records CIP Not required. A PGWP also requires a language test at CLB 7 in all four abilities for degree graduates, taken within two years of applying. This is separate from the English test you need for admission. No dependant open work permit applies.
