The College Certificate - Culinary Skills at Centennial College's Progress Campus in Toronto is a one-year college certificate that gives you a practical, career-focused education in this field.

You will train as a professional cook — culinary techniques, kitchen operations, menu planning, food safety and cost control — through intensive practical work in professional kitchens and Centennial's student-run dining operations.
