Conestoga offers computer science at both three and four year length, and what separates them is depth of study and the amount of paid co-op rather than any difference in work permit entitlement, since both are degrees.

Bachelor of Computer Science is taught at Conestoga College, a public Ontario college on the post-secondary institution list. Because the three year computer science degree is a degree, it is exempt from the PGWP field of study requirement that has applied to college level credentials since November 2024.
