The College Diploma - Doula Care Across the Lifespan (DLA2) is a 2 year program at Fanshawe College’s London campus.
The lifespan doula diploma extends birth-work training across the whole arc of care — perinatal, postpartum, and the emerging end-of-life doula field — over two full years with community placements. It is among the most comprehensive doula credentials in the country, in a profession still largely trained by weekend courses.
The college around this program has run since 1967 and now teaches students from some 140 countries, with a live PGWP-aligned program list and a February 1 equal-consideration date that rewards early applicants.

- GRE/GMAT: Not required.
Application fee $100 CAD. Apply well before the February 1 equal-consideration date for September entry — capped international seats mean popular programs fill early. An Ontario Provincial Attestation Letter (PAL) is arranged through admission. Ask an Apply Study Visa counsellor to verify current PGWP alignment and seats before applying.
