The Master of Business Administration (MBA) — International Business at TWU Richmond is a 4 month transfer program to 18 month master's degree and the university’s flagship graduate program for international students.
The curriculum builds strategy, finance, marketing, operations and global-management capability with an optional international travel study, taught by practitioner faculty in small cohorts. No GMAT is required, three intakes a year keep start dates flexible, and TWU’s equal domestic/international tuition makes it one of Metro Vancouver’s best-value MBAs — delivered on an urban campus minutes from the airport, port and trade corridor the specialization studies.
TWU Richmond is the university’s urban Metro Vancouver campus — minutes from Vancouver by transit and close to Vancouver International Airport — purpose-built for graduate and international students. Trinity Western University is a provincially chartered member of Universities Canada, teaches in small professor-led cohorts, and — uniquely among Canadian universities — charges international students the same tuition as domestic students.
As an on-campus master’s degree, the program is exempt from Canada’s post-2024 PGWP field-of-study restriction — graduates may qualify for a Post-Graduation Work Permit of up to three years, and spouses of master’s-level students may qualify for an open work permit under current IRCC rules (final decisions rest with IRCC).

- IELTS: R-6.5, W-6.5, L-6.0, S-6.0, Overall 7.0
- TOEFL iBT: R-23.0, W-23.0, L-20.0, S-20.0, Total 100.0
- PTE: R-60, W-73, L-60, S-60, Overall 66
- Duolingo: 130
- GRE/GMAT: Not required.
Application fee $150 CAD. Tuition is the same for international and domestic students. Scores below direct-entry level may qualify for the Trinity Language Centre pathway or MBA Bridge — ask an Apply Study Visa counsellor.
