The Bachelor of Environmental Studies (BES) at UFV prepares students to address the complex environmental challenges facing the world today. This interdisciplinary program combines natural and social sciences to provide students with a holistic understanding of environmental issues such as climate change, biodiversity loss, and sustainable development. The optional co-op component allows students to gain practical work experience in environmental organizations, government agencies, and private companies.
