Admission requirements
🎓 Academic Eligibility (Indian Degree Perspective)
To be eligible for the MSc Strategic Human Resource Management program, applicants must hold a Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university.
Grade Requirement: Equivalent to a UK Second Class Honours (2:2).
In the Indian context, this typically requires a minimum of 50% to 55% in graduation (depending on the university).
Subject Background: This course is open to graduates from any discipline. You do not need a prior degree in HR or Business.
Accepted Indian Degrees: B.A., B.Com, B.Sc., B.Tech, BBA, or BCA.
💼 Work Experience
Standard Entry: Work experience is not required if you hold a Bachelor's degree (Freshers are eligible).
Non-Standard Entry: Applicants without a Bachelor's degree (or with a 3rd class degree) may be considered if they have 3-5 years of relevant management experience (assessed on a case-by-case basis).
