Program overview
The MSc Management at BPP University is a dynamic postgraduate program designed to "create the leaders of the future." It is ideal for graduates from any background or professionals looking to accelerate their careers into senior business roles.
Unlike traditional management degrees that focus heavily on theory, this course prioritizes the practical skills needed in the digital age. It is designed to simulate the modern workplace, integrating data tools, digital strategies, and sustainable business practices into every module.
Key features of the program include:
CMI Accreditation: The course is accredited by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), meaning you may be eligible for a professional CMI qualification (like a Diploma in Management and Leadership) alongside your master's degree.
Digital & Data Focus: You will study modules like "Leading Through Digital Disruption" and "Data-Driven Decisions for Business," ensuring you can use analytics to drive strategy—a top skill demanded by employers today.
Consultancy Experience: Instead of a traditional thesis, the program culminates in a Business Project, where you act as a consultant to investigate a real-world business issue and present professional recommendations.
Holistic Management Skills: The curriculum covers the full spectrum of business functions, including Global Strategy, Customer Experience Strategy, and Sustainability, giving you a 360-degree view of how organizations run.
Professional Development: If you choose the 18-month version, you gain an extra 6 months dedicated to Professional Development Planning (PDP), which focuses on employability workshops and potential work placement opportunities.
